China JXKJ Electric Insulated Bearings

JXKJ offers a special product with high insulation resistance, to deal with the problem of electrical corrosion which causes damage to the raceway resulting in electrical discharges between the rolling elements and the raceway.

The main range of electrically insulated bearings consists of deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings.

INSULATED BEARINGS FOR TRACTION MOTORS

To prevent electric pitting, JXKJ developed ceramic coating insulated bearings. Relationship between temperature and insulation resistance of ceramic coating insulated bearings was assessed. As a result, no deterioration of insulation resistance up to 110° C was observed.
